How to use - Bath Soak:
Run a warm bath. While waiting for your tub to fill up, head to the kitchen and get your drink of choice. Check the water level and pour desired amount of bath salts (we strongly suggest 1/2 to 1 bottle for maximum benefits) into the tub. Alternatively, you can scoop it into a muslin bag and steep it like tea. Soak for at least 20 minutes or until you need a drink refill.

How to use - Foot Soak:
Fill a small basin with warm water. Pour desired amount of bath soak. Grab a book to read. Put your feet in and relax.
