Refund policy

At Bliss and Bloom Studio, we strive to make your flower shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Flowers are perishable and subject to natural conditions, seasonality, and local availability. However, if you receive flowers that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will be happy to organise an exchange for you. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on any of our products.

Damaged or Faulty Flowers

Bliss and Bloom Studio reserves the right to request photos of the original flowers. These photos help us assess the issue and improve our service. Any reasonable and legitimate dispute will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation and resolved in a timely manner.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel an order or if incorrect order details were provided (e.g., wrong address, incorrect delivery date), the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery – Refund minus a $3.50 processing fee or a full store credit (valid for 30 days).
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery – Refund minus a $5.00 processing fee or a full store credit (valid for 30 days).
  • If an order has already been sent out for delivery – We are unable to process a cancellation or refund.

Subscription Orders

Refunds are not available for subscription orders. Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle does not qualify for a refund.

Other Terms

Bliss and Bloom Studio reserves the right to:

  • Decline to provide goods and services at our discretion.
  • Cancel orders (or parts of orders) at any time.
  • Terminate subscription accounts or modify content on our website.

We are not liable for loss or damage arising from exercising these rights.
