Delivery policy
Delivery Areas
Bliss and Bloom Studio delivers to over 200 suburbs in Perth. You must select an applicable delivery address within our delivery service area to receive orders from us. For more details on the suburbs we cater, see Where We Deliver. Please note that we deliver to some suburbs for a small fee. Delivery areas are subject to change, at our discretion.
Delivery Days
Currently, we deliver from Monday to Friday. We don’t deliver flowers on weekends or on most public holidays (except Valentine's Day and Mother's Day). We offer same-day delivery for all orders placed by 12:00 pm on weekdays or until sold out.
Delivery Services
Bliss and Bloom Studio is a local business run by a small team. We ensure to take utmost care to deliver the products in excellent condition. We will deliver the products to the address specified during the checkout process.
The sender will be responsible for ensuring all recipient address details are correct. Any unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery details will be subject to a re-delivery fee, payable by the sender.
When delivering to hospitals, hotels, workplaces, or other institutions, it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is present and able to receive the delivery. Bliss and Bloom Studio cannot be held responsible if the recipient has been discharged, checked out, or is otherwise unavailable at the location at the time of delivery.
It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. Flowers are a perishable product and can be affected by the weather, specially in warmer months. We want your order to arrive in the best possible condition which is why we highly recommend nominating an address where someone is present at the time of delivery. However, if there is nobody in the specified address, it is part of our policy to leave the flowers in a safe location. We cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged or stolen as a result of the recipient not being available and the blooms being left outside or at reception (or similar) upon delivery. Once the flowers have been delivered to the specified address, we cannot be held responsible for the flowers getting to the recipient. We take no responsibility if no one is present at the delivery address to accept delivery.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (i.e. no safe location, no access to secure gates, sender and recipient could not be contacted, etc), the goods will be returned to the Bliss and Bloom Studio workshop and the sender will be responsible for any associated redelivery fees.
