DELIVERY

WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver from Monday to Friday, and certain public holidays. We don’t deliver on weekends, except for special events such as Valentine’s Day and Mother's Day.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to 200+ suburbs across Perth. Please check Where We Deliver for a full list of the suburbs. Please note that we deliver to some suburbs for a small fee.
WHAT IS SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Most of our flower bunches and gift hampers can be delivered to your recipient on the same day unless you order after 12:00 pm AWST or we have sold out prior. If you placed a same-day delivery order after the cut-off time, we will deliver your order on the next business day with available delivery slots.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS?

We currently offer our blooms and gift hampers inclusive of delivery to most Perth suburbs. Please note that we deliver to some suburbs for a small fee. You can view a list of the delivery suburbs on each product’s page. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout. Kindly note that you will not be able to proceed to checkout if your chosen suburb is not in our delivery suburb list. We do not refund orders for delivery to suburbs not in our delivery range.

CAN I CHOOSE WHAT TIME MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate delivery time requests as of the moment. However, please note that we aim to deliver to schools before 3:00 pm AWST, business addresses by 5:00 pm AWST, and residential addresses before 6:30 pm AWST. To help our team ensure a smooth delivery to your recipient's school or business address, kindly include the name of the school or business at the checkout page.    
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
We will send a confirmation email once your order has been successfully delivered.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY?
We will always ensure to leave the flowers in a safe spot out of direct sunlight. If there are special delivery instructions you would like us to know, please fill out the delivery instructions portion on the checkout page.

If there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers or the location is inaccessible (ie apartment building or secure gate access only), we may charge a redelivery fee. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery. We do not offer refunds in this instance.
OH NO, I WROTE THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS IN MY ORDER! WHAT CAN I DO?

Don't worry, we know these things happen. Drop us an email with the changes and we'll update your order for you.

We can amend your order's delivery information until 11:00 am of your requested delivery date. Please note that delivery fees apply to some suburbs.

If we notice that you wrote the wrong address while on our delivery run, we will contact you or your recipient and attempt a redelivery if it is within the same or nearby suburb. Unfortunately, due to our tight delivery schedule, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on the same day. In this instance, we will redeliver your order on the next business day. We reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee.
 

ORDER

WHY IS MY SAME-DAY DELIVERY ORDER NOT GOING THROUGH?
It may be one of the two reasons: it's past 12 pm or we've sold out. We take orders for same-day delivery until 12 pm AWST or until stocks run out.
CAN I PRE-ORDER?
Sure! Since our stock is limited, it's best to place your order early to avoid getting disappointed. Simply select the date you would like the flowers or gifts delivered on the order page. We won't be able to let you know what will be in your flower arrangement until the day of your selected delivery date but we promise you and your recipient will love it.

GIFT HAMPERS

WHAT COMES WITH EACH BLISS AND BLOOM STUDIO GIFT HAMPER?

Each gift hamper comes with what you see in the photo.

Sometimes we substitute out of stock items which you can read about in the product's description.

The goodies will be packaged in either the custom Bliss & Bloom Studio gift box or in a black kraft gift box filled with white shredded paper. The box will be finished with a satin ribbon. All gift hampers come with a complimentary Bliss & Bloom Studio message card.
