Our cakes and cupcakes are freshly baked to order by The Good Carrot for Bliss & Bloom Studio.

Delivery

We take every care to ensure your flowers, cakes and cupcakes are prepared, packaged and delivered in excellent condition.

Please note:

  • We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, our driver may leave the order in a safe location where appropriate. Once delivered, Bliss & Bloom Studio cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, spoilage or deterioration of fresh food products.
  • Fresh food products that are not accepted in person and are left at the nominated delivery address are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • Please ensure all delivery details, including the address and recipient's contact number, are correct when placing your order.
  • If we are unable to complete the delivery due to incorrect details, inaccessible premises, or an unavailable recipient, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery where possible. Additional delivery fees may apply.
  • By placing an order containing fresh food products, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Freshness & Storage

  • Refrigerate immediately upon receiving & keep your fridge below 5°C in line with Australian food safety guidelines.
  • For best flavour and texture, allow cakes and cupcakes to come to room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving.
  • Best consumed within 2 days of delivery.
  • Do not leave products in a hot car or in direct sunlight, as heat will affect the frosting and structure of the cake.
  • Products are not suitable for freezing unless otherwise advised.

Each cake and cupcake is handcrafted by The Good Carrot. As a result, slight variations in decoration, piping and colour may occur between your order and any images shown. This is a natural characteristic of handmade products and does not affect quality or taste.
