Bliss and Bloom Studio reserves the right to change the content and photographs within this website without notice. All product photos and descriptions are for illustration purposes only and do not reflect or represent our final product.
Flowers may arrive in bud so the recipient will get the pleasure of watching the flowers open. You'll need to allow a couple of days for them to open fully.
Flowers are subject to seasonal and local availability. The selection and availability of our products may change at any time due to the unpredictable and delicate nature of flowers. We cannot guarantee that a specific type of flower will be available in any subsequent timeframe. We reserve the right to select appropriate alternatives for particular flowers in the arrangement that may be unavailable due to stock availability or quality. Substitutions and alterations to the style of an arrangement will be of similar quality and value. In the event that we are required to substitute any unavailable flowers for those of a similar appearance and value, you agree not to hold us responsible for any such variations. You will accept the flowers sent (subject to quality issues and your statutory rights).
Pricing and Payments
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes Goods and Services Tax (GST). Pricing excludes any applicable delivery fees. Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address provided at checkout. All prices on this website is subject to change without notice.
Payment for all orders must be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, or Paypal at time of purchase. Any surcharges and fees will be payable at time of sale and nominated by the payment provider. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to, or cancel an order, please contact Bliss and Bloom Studio immediately. Once we have accepted an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Any changes to your order should be made at least 24 hours prior to your selected delivery date. Changes will not be confirmed until any additional fees are processed.

Bliss and Bloom Studio cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any information contained in this website. We ensure to use the freshest flowers in our arrangements, but we understand that with perishable products some things are out of our control. We will not be liable for any damage or theft associated with an arrangement that has left the Bliss and Bloom Studio workshop.
