Delivery and Pick-Up Policy
Delivery Areas
Bliss and Bloom Studio delivers to over 250 suburbs in Perth. You must select an applicable delivery address within our delivery service area to receive orders from us. For more details on the suburbs we cater, see Where We Deliver. Please note that we deliver to some suburbs for a small fee. Delivery areas are subject to change, at our discretion.
Delivery Days
Currently, our delivery days are Monday to Friday. We don’t deliver flowers on weekends or on most public holidays (except Valentine's Day and Mother's Day). We offer same day delivery for all orders placed before 12pm on weekdays.
Delivery Services
Bliss and Bloom Studio is a local business run by a small team. We ensure to take utmost care to deliver the products in excellent condition. We will deliver the products to the address specified during the checkout process.
The sender will be responsible for ensuring all recipient address details are correct. Any unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery details will be subject to a re-delivery fee, payable by the sender.
It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. Flowers are a perishable product and can be affected by the weather, specially in warmer months. We want your order to arrive in the best possible condition which is why we highly recommend nominating an address where someone is present at the time of delivery. However, if there is nobody in the specified address, it is part of our policy to leave the flowers in a safe location. We cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged or stolen as a result of the recipient not being available and the blooms being left outside or at reception (or similar) upon delivery. Once the flowers have been delivered to the specified address, we cannot be held responsible for the flowers getting to the recipient. We take no responsibility if no one is present at the delivery address to accept delivery.
In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (i.e. no safe location, no access to secure gates, sender and recipient could not be contacted, etc), the goods will be returned to the Bliss and Bloom Studio workshop and the sender will be responsible for any associated redelivery fees.
Pick-up Location
Customers have the option to pick up their orders directly from our Bliss and Bloom Studio workshop. The pick-up location is:

Pick-up Hours
Pick-ups are available from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Please note that we do not offer pick-up services on weekends or public holidays.
Order Confirmation & Collection Procedure
Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure you bring this confirmation with you when you come to collect your order.
Upon arrival at the pick-up location, please provide your order confirmation. Our staff will assist you with collecting your order promptly.
Flowers are a perishable product, and it is important to pick up your order on the confirmed date to ensure they remain fresh. We recommend bringing a suitable vehicle to transport your flowers safely, especially in warmer months.
Uncollected Orders
If your order is not collected on the confirmed date, we cannot guarantee the freshness of the flowers. Uncollected orders will not be refunded, and any request for delivery will incur an additional fee.
Changes to Pick-Up Orders
If you need to change your pick-up date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible.
